U.S. Rep. Rosa DeLauro
Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro has been standing up for Connecticut's children and families since she was elected in 1990.  We especially thank her for her work fighting to expand the federal Child Tax Credit to provide tax relief to millions of families, and for introducing the Young Child Tax Credit to give families with young children an economic lift. She has been an important ally in working to create a Connecticut Child Tax Credit.
